You will learn how to identify a humble Prosecco from a world class Champagne and discover some quality Sparkling Wines from New Zealand and abroad. You’ll learn how to prepare two dishes which marry perfectly with bubbles; Pan-Fried Quail with Leek and Pea Risotto, followed by a Fruit Fines Tart with Macadamia Parfait, which you will eat together with your classmates.
