  • 85% Chocolate Tart with Milk Chocolate Ice-cream
  • Classic Chocolate Mousse with an Espresso Cream and Raw Sugar Meringue
  • Chocolate Peanut Fondant (soft centred pudding) with Satsuma Sorbet and Tuile Biscuit
