Kid’s Class. 8-12yrs. Fresh and Fruity Light Lunch.

In this class our younger students will learn how to make the following:

Shaved Fennel and Orange Salad with Pecans and Grilled Spanish Chorizo.

Vanilla Bean Pannacotta with Langues de Chat and Macerated Strawberries.

In this two hour class, students will prepare a light lunch which is sure to impress. They will make a beautifully balanced salad using quality ingredients as well as the ever popular Vanilla Bean Pannacotta. Accompanying the dessert will be the student’s own freestyle version of macerated strawberries as well as the classic french biscuit, Langues de Chat. There will be an emphasis not only on flavour in this class but also on careful and considered plating of the dishes.
