Junior Chefs Team Training is back for Term 2!
This is an after-school program of 10 weeks where we train small groups of children in essential and fun cookery skills. $15/session all inclusive. Each term, students will make the components of a 3-course meal so that they will be able to create the entire meal for their family in the following school holidays.
Term 2 Menu
French Onion Soup with Artisan Cheese Crouton
Slow-Braised Ox Cheek with Creamy Mashed Potato and Steamed Greens
Sticky Date Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce and Double Cream
(We will also make ANZAC biscuits)
Students also have access to a private facebook group which provides video tutorials of the weekly content as well as recipes and a forum for students to ask questions and post pictures from their home cooking exploits.
