Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
Yes. You can order them on the website. We will post you a physical voucher as well as a digital copy. Our vouchers are valid for up to one year unless otherwise specified. We are happy to transfer a voucher to another recipient on notice from its original owner. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Can parents stay and watch?
Yes. For students 17yrs and under, parents may stay and watch. In fact, we welcome parent participation for our juniors (under 8yrs).

Can I bring my children to a class if they do not intend on participating?
In some instances yes, but at your own risk and at the discretion of your host chef. Please discuss this with us. Babies in carriers are always very welcome.

How do the group classes run?
These classes are highly interactive and semi-hands on with plenty of tasting along the way and at the end.

Are the private classes completely hands on?
Absolutely!

What is provided, what do participants bring?
Group classes are all inclusive. Private students must provide their own ingredients. Aprons, knives and all other equipment are provided for all classes. Cameras and mobile devices are welcome.

Are there minimum numbers needed for a class to go ahead?
Unless otherwise stated, a minimum class size of 3 pre-paid persons is required for the class to run.

What if I can’t make a class?
Communication is key! Ideally we’d like 24 hours notice as a courtesy to your hosting chef and other classmates however we understand that circumstances can change at late notice. If you can’t make a class, please get in touch to avoid forfeiture of your hard earned dollars.

Are there handouts?
All recipes will be provided.

Can I bring a glass of wine?
Please contact us if you’d like to bring your own wine.
