Well I thought it was high time to properly introduce you to one of our new chefs, Andy Clark. We are stoked to have him join us and look forward to the new cooking classes he will be bringing to our New Plymouth clients.
Andy’s love of food has taken him all over the world, cooking, eating and soaking up a variety of cuisines. As a keen gardener he loves to be involved in the whole journey from seed to the plate. He brings a passion for asian food, baking, slow food and fermentation to the Cook Learn Love team.
Andy has always loved mentoring and passing on his food knowledge to the junior chefs and now he’s excited about sharing it all with you. You can join Andy in any of these up coming classes.
After returning from Japan Andy and his wife chose New Plymouth as their new home. They couldn’t be happier with their choice and now have a Taranaki born daughter to keep them out of trouble.
