Pasta and Panna Cotta

We are going Italian in this class with Chef Andy.

Fresh Ravioli. Have fun learning how to make fresh pasta. Then put it all together with a simple yet delicious filling of sweet potato and goat’s cheese. Finally, finish it with a show stopper of a hazelnut and sage beurre noisette sauce.

 Panna Cotta. A traditional Italian dessert with a twist. This time we’ll add some flavours borrowed from across the Mediterranean; mango, saffron and cardamom.
